Environmental Professional Group Korea has steadily endeavored to adopt a
human-first approach to building designs since its foundation in 1977.
In 1994, EPGK added a division in charge of construction supervision and management to enhance construction quality and minimize occurrences of defects.
Supervision and CM(Construction Management) are another highly specialized field distinct from a design field. EPGK established an independent Supervision & CM system itself and supervised a host of projects including several skyscrapers’ construction works such as
Hyundai I-Park Apartment in Samseong-dong.

In regard to design, we expanded our business based on experiences in a variety
of projects designing industrial, financial, and private facilities.
Now we are top notch best in designing national military facilities entrusted by MND
(Ministry of National Defense, Republic of Korea) since we were selected in architectural competition to design two facilities including the Korea Military Academy.

As our expertise in building designs for military purposes was recognized,
we have participated into many projects in Yongsan Relocation Plan
(The United States Forces Korea (USFK) moving its main contingent to Pyeongtaek), which enabled us to join some projects for US FED (Far East District) buildings.
